Who Is HIIT For?
High-Intensity Interval Trainer aka HIIT is a fast-paced training session that is perfect if you are short on time, don't know what you're doing in the gym or you just need that push. You'd ideally need to be a member of the gym at Everyone Active Woodside, Watford so that you can do our recommended warm-up before we start.
IMPORTANT: HIIT isn't for everyone so if you are interested get in touch and we will be able to let you know if you'd be suited to it.

Depending on if you are warm and ready to go, these HIIT sessions will last between 20-25 minutes where you will train hard and fast to burn maximal calories whilst creating EPOC or the afterburn effect which is where your metabolism will be raised for anywhere between 24 and 72 hours!.
By the time you've done our recommended 10 minutes warm-up and optional cooldown/ core work your session is 30 minutes plus. You are just with us for the main 20-25 minutes.
No. HIIT isn't for everyone, as long as you can move well you can do this form of training. If you're pushing hard you are doing high intensity interval training. Your in the hands of qualified trainers who will know how much to push you.

Not necessarily, ideally, you will be a member so that you can perform a warm-up before our session begins so that we can maximize our time together. If you are not a member then 5 minutes of our time is lost performing the warm-up.
