About Luke

Based at the Everyone Active Woodside in Watford, Hertfordshire, Luke has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2008, a Certified Kettlebell Instructor, and also holds a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Science. His key specialist areas are fat loss and high-intensity interval training.

We specialise in metabolic training to help you lose more body fat and get fitter then you've ever been. Train with us and we will also show you how to eat better for a long life of being in the shape that you want.


You do not need a gym membership to train with us. We have all the equipment in house we are able to provide a better workout experience than a home personal training session.

Our sessions are 45 minutes long and not the usual 1 hour, this is because we do not need to waste your money and our time watching you run in a treadmill.


Every second you with us you will be doing the exercises that work best at increasing your metabolism. Unless of course, your goal isn't for fat loss.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why 45 minutes, my last trainer did 60?

We'd like you to warm up on your own, we will tell you what to do in our first session. Its just because its a waste of both our time and your money. We'd prefer if you can ready to start the session nice a warm, with a bit of sweat on the brow.

Do I need to be fit to do this?

No, not at all. That's why you're coming to us. Your in the hands of qualified trainers who will know how much to push you.


You'll be surprised how fast your fitness will improve.

Do I need to be a gym member?

No, not at all, you will just need to register your details with the centre itself and sign a waiver. You may join the gym if you want to train between our sessions.

How do I sign up?

Grab the Starter Pack which is £99 for 4 sessions. That's about £25 per session.  You can buy this online by clicking the link below or you can pay at your first session.

Either way, you need to contact us at info@lrpersonaltraining.co.uk to book your first session. Once you've used your three sessions we will get you signed up to one of our 4 weekly subscription plans which you'll do through PayPal. You are not tied into any contracts!
