We are Abbots Langleys leading Personal Training and Boot Camp providers, based at the YMCA gym in Leavesden Country Park.
When you come to use you get full use of our training facility without the need for a membership. As we have all the equipment in house we are able to provide a better workout experience then a home personal training session.
We specialise in metabolic training to help you lose more body fat and get fitter then you've ever been. Train with us and we will also show you how to eat better for a long life of being in the shape that you want.
We've also got a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach at our disposal so if you have performance goals such as a marathon, triathlon or your a sportsman/woman you wouldn't want a personal trainer you want a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Why 121 training?
Get all the attention you need to achieve your training goals. You'll have the same trainer every time who will learn to know you. You'll learn how to eat in the correct way to complement your training goals, you'll have your progress monitored every step of the way.
Our sessions are 45 minutes long and not the usual 1 hour, this is because we do not need to waste your money and our time watching you run in a treadmill. In fact we hate trainers that do this so much you will rarely step on a treadmill or cross trainer. Every second your with us you will be doing the exercises that work best at increasing your metabolism. unless of course your goal isn't for fat loss.

We'd like you to warm up on your own, we will tell you what to do in our first session. Its just because its a waste of both our time and your money. We'd prefer if you can ready to start the session nice a warm, with a bit of sweat on the brow.

No, you come in on our membership., You'll just have to sign a waver with the gym first. You can join the gym if you want to train between our sessions.

Once you've used your three sessions we will get you signed up to one of our 4 weekly subscriptions plans which you'll do through PayPal. You are not tied into any contracts!
