About The Weekend Away

Join our January 3 day intense fitness retreat designed to refocus you for the year ahead and kick start you new year fitness and fat loss regime. Expect a fun, motivated weekend where we aim to teach you how to tackle the rest of the month and February to maximise your fitness and fat loss efforts.

A Typical Day

7.30am - Rise and shine morning workout

8am Stretch/ Yoga

10:30 - Trek or forest walk/run

1pm - Lunch

Will it be outside?

Yes. It's boot camp style and it's all about the great outdoors. We have a tennis court available to use if the ground gets too wet.

What will I get out of it?

While it is a 3 day intensive you can expect to lose some weight but our main goal is to teach you how to carry on eating and exercising over the following 6 weeks to lose as much fat as possible.

What type of exercise will I be doing?

Our workouts are known for being different and that's what we will continue to deliver on our January retreat. We are taking the gym with us to help deliver some top notch HIIT sessions.

 

Be Prepared to use the battleropes, tyres, kettlebells and your own bodyweight. You will never do the same workout twice.

Can I leave on the Sunday?

Yes, we understand  you may need to get back for work for the Monday so you are welcome to leave after dinner on the Sunday. All you miss is Mondays morning workout and breakfast.

Can anyone join?

Yes as long as you know us or someone who trains with us. You should be familiar with exercise to join, for you own sake.
