25 Minute Fat Burning Group Workouts
You'll be working on a 2 to 1 ratio as we comply with new COVID rules. Partnered up to another person at a similar level to you to ensure you get the time and attention you need to get through a great workout together. We always vary our workouts so you never know what's coming next.
Our food guide and recipe book is designed to teach you how to burn fat 24/7 and generally eat better.

How To Join
Sign up today by submitting your email and phone number below so you can arrange a private session with you so we can find out your needs and how to best help you. In the message box please enter your availability over the next 3 days. Once we've completed your private session you'll be ready to join your chosen group and begin your transformation journey.

Intermediate To Advanced Groups
6 am, 7 am, 9 am & 10 am Monday, Wednesday and Friday
NEW Beginners Groups Starting September 2020
6 am, 6.25 am, 7 am, 7.25 am, 9 am & 10 am Tuesday and Thursday
We also run Saturday morning sessions from 8 am which are included as a bonus session should you wish to join.
You'll have four sessions a week available to you. Three in the week plus Saturday Morning. You must be able to commit to at least three of them. You choose your mid-week time and that's the time you stick to. This way you can bond with the group and get amazing results together. This is the number of sessions we know will get you maximum results without making you live in the gym every day, although within a month or two you'll want to train more and more.
We are currently operating at a maximum of 2 people per group so we can maintain a safe distance from each other. This has proven to work very effectively at giving our clients a better workout.
