25 Minute Fat Burning Group Workouts

You'll be working on a 2 to 1 ratio as we comply with new COVID rules.  Partnered up to another person at a similar level to you to ensure you get the time and attention you need to get through a great workout together. We always vary our workouts so you never know what's coming next.


Nutrition Guidance

Our food guide and recipe book is designed to teach you how to burn fat 24/7 and generally eat better.

NEW Beginners Groups Starting September 2020

Sessions running between 6 am and 11 am  Tuesday and Thursday - Contact for availability.


We also run Saturday morning sessions.

Once you have chosen your training time slot that will become the time you stick to. This way you can bond with your training partner and get amazing results together.



We are currently operating at a maximum of 2 people per group so we can maintain a safe distance from each other. This has proven to work very effectively at giving our clients a better workout.
