I have started to really enjoy training every week, it helps motivate me to be good in between sessions. My confidence is up and Luke is very friendly and encouraging, especially when I am being lazy. Thoroughly recommended.
I am so pleased that I found Luke. I had already achieved the weight loss that I wanted but needed to tone and build muscle. He knows me well already and knows when to push me further and knows that I'm always up for a challenge!

I have done slimming world,weight watchers even been at the gym for 18 months my weight has always been the same give or take a few pounds. I have been attending Luke's x group for 7 weeks and have lost 8lb he has taught how to plan my meals and gives me guidance on how to balance my diet. I'm now on the right path to a healthier me
Amazing. Eight weeks in with Luke and I've lost over a stone - feeling thin, healthy and happy! Group X is so much fun, you (almost...) forget you're training and on the plus side made some really good friends too. Never been so motivated to exercise - Luke is fab, I nearly weigh the same as I did when I was 20 & am significantly older than that now...!!! Can't recommend highly enough.
